I don't know how to explain it but let me just say it feels AMAZING! But when you rinse your hair a hot shower feels cold on your scalp. The next step is the Therapeutic Shampoo-this you apply over the Elixir and scrub for another minute. The first step is the Scalp Elixir-you spray it over your scalp (one of the directions say dry, the other one says wet, so I do it wet in the shower) and scrub in for one minute. It’s a kit of 4 products that require daily use, twice daily if you can.
